Virgil van Dijk names the one stadium which atmosphere is similar to Anfield

Liverpool is preparing for a crucial Champions League game against Napoli on December 11th. The Reds must win either 1-0 or by two goals to qualify out of their group, although, if Paris Saint-Germain draw with Red Star Belgrade then any victory for Liverpool will see them through. The game will be at Anfield and the support from fans is needed more than ever. Speaking to ESPN FC about the atmosphere at Anfield, Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk said that it's very special. “It's very special. I don't think there's anything like it. The games we played last year against Man City and Roma at home were unbelievable, the atmosphere. It's just something special," said van Dijk. “You need to experience it so you can properly explain it, and to play in those circumstances is something special." Van Dijk added: “Celtic Park [Van Dijk’s former club] was outstanding as well, I enjoyed every bit there, so it might be a bit similar. “But they are two amazing clubs, and I'm glad that I've played for them. I'm very happy that I play for Liverpool now.”
