Virgil van Dijk to be crowned as PFA Player of the Year

Virgil van Dijk is among six players who could be named as PFA Player of the Year. According to Daily Mail, the Liverpool defender has beaten Manchester City's Raheem Sterling and won the Player of the Year award. Last year's winner was van Dijk's teammate Mohamed Salah. The announcement is scheduled on Thursday and the ceremony will be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Sunday, April 28.
