Verdict of why Mo Salah threw bottle when Firmino scored

Rio Ferdinand believes Mohamed Salah was celebrating when he threw a water bottle on the ground after Roberto Firmino scored in Liverpool win against Paris Saint-Germain. Salah was hooked late on against PSG after his mistake led to their equaliser, and watched from the bench as Firmino stepped up to rescue a dramatic victory for Liverpool. Salah was caught by cameras throwing his water bottle. It was an odd reaction but Ferdinand said: ‘I hope so,’ Ferdinand said when asked if Salah was celebrating. ‘I think you have to [look at] the way this team is, the bond they have out there on the pitch. ‘I think Salah’s celebrating in his own way. His hands were up at the beginning of that. The first picture [shows] his hands were up [celebrating].’ ‘I think he’s happy,’ Riise said, when asked to weigh in on the debate about Salah’s mood."
