Alan Shearer has claimed that Matty Targett is 'utterly reliable' in defence. The 26-year-old joined Newcastle United in January on a loan spell until the end of the season. On Saturday, Targett made his second start for the Magpies, against West Ham, where the clash ended evenly 1-1.
