Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet will reportedly stay at the club for the remainder of the season despite interest from a number of European clubs.
Mignolet lost his place as Liverpool’s number one goalkeeper and was forced to play second fiddle to Loris Karius and then Alisson Becker in the Anfield pecking order.
The Belgian was eager to leave during the summer but the Liverpool ECHO reports that Klopp wants to keep hold of him in January.
A host of clubs from around Europe are understood to be monitoring his situation, with Ligue 1 outfit Nice thought to be leading the race.
Mignolet has made just one appearance for Liverpool across all competitions this season – the 2-1 EFL Cup defeat to Chelsea.
