Unai Emery V Ole Gunnar Solskjaer: Coaches reveal what they are expecting from each other

Arsenal take on Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium on Friday night in the pick of the FA Cup fourth-round ties. United suffered defeat in last season’s final to remain on 12 cup successes down the years, while Arsenal have 13 cups. Manchester United caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says Unai Emery will need time at Arsenal but backed him to come good at the Emirates. He said: “Obviously Arsene Wenger and the gaffer are the two longest-serving managers in my era, they were fantastic, an institution in the club, it’s gonna take time. "Unai, when he had Sevilla, they beat Molde in the European Cup so I have had the pleasure of meeting him before and I think they have made a very good signing there. He is tactically very good, [with] high energy. I don’t know what team he is going to play. He has got loads of different tactics to come up with. They’ve made a very good signing.” Meanwhile, Arsenal boss Unai Emery says Solskjaer has made Manchester United a much more dangerous team since taking over from Jose Mourinho. "It's a different team. It's the same players but they're playing with a big performance now," Emery told reporters on Wednesday. "I was watching their last matches and each player has a lot of confidence, with big performances, and now they are very dangerous. For us, it's good because it's a very big test for us in this competition."
