Unai Emery opens up on Aubameyang’ angry reaction after Saturday’s 2-1 win over Newcastle.
After scoring 10 goals in 12 appearances last season following his January move from Borussia Dortmund, Aubameyang has found the going tougher so far this term. The Gabon international appeared to be unhappy after he was taken off with 20 minutes remaining at St James’ Park but Emery insists he has no problem with his striker’s reaction.
He said: ‘It’s normal, I want the players I change or don’t start to be angry, they have ambition to help the team.’
