Ahead of Europa League final Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech announced his intentions to retire at the end of the season.
The veteran Czech’s departure leaves Arsenal in need of a new No.2 to play and according to footballondon Emiliano Martinez is set to take up the role of the new goalkeeper.
Martinez had been desperate for more first-team football and got that immediately at the Championship side, playing 18 times – and recording five clean sheets – to help the team avoid relegation.
