UEFA Champions League: Chelsea beat Porto with a 2-0 score in the first stage of quarterfinals


Chelsea beat Porto with a 2-0 score in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final clash. Chelsea's defensive shape prevented them from conceding goals in the first half of the game. The Portuguese side had 8 shots and two on target. But Chelsea managed to open the score, as Mason Mount scored for the Blues from their one and only shot on target. It was the England international's first goal in the competition, moreover, he became the youngest ever Chelsea player to score in the knockout stage of the Champions League.       In the second half, Chelsea had only 2 shots on target. While Porto had 3 shots on target.  But it was Ben Chilwell, who scored the second goal for the Blues.         The second stage game of the duo will take place on Tuesday, April 13.
