UEFA Champions League 2019/20 pots

Photo/ Etsuo Hara/Getty Images  UEFA Champions League season of 2018/19 is now over but we are already looking forward to next season’s tournament. Liverpool won the Champions League by beating Tottenham 2-0 in the final game at Wanda Metropolitano stadium, in Madrid. The Reds earned their spot in the POT1 of next season’s Champions League campaign. Chelsea meanwhile, beat Arsenal 4-1 in the Europa League final and joined Liverpool in POT1. La Liga, Premier League, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Russian Premier League champions Barcelona, Manchester City, Juventus, Bayern Munich, PSG and Zenit are in POT 1. Last season’s European Champions Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Tottenham, Borussia Dortmund, Napoli and Shakhtar Donetsk are in POT 2, but they could be joined by Porto and Ajax if they will manage to go through qualifying. Benfica, Olympique Lyon, Bayer Leverkusen,  Red Bull Salzburg, Valencia and Inter are in the POT3 and they could be joined by Dinamo Kyiv and Celtic. In the POT4 we have the following teams: Lokomotiv Moscow, Genk, Galatasaray, RB Leipzig, Atalanta, Lille. They could be joined by Copenhagen and Dinamo Zagreb.
