Two revolutionary changes to happen in World Cup

FIFA held its first meeting of the year in Bogota, Colombia, where some revolutionary decisions were made according to rules in World Cup 2018.

1. First time ever in the history coaches will be able to produce 4^th substitution during extra times of play-off matches
2. First time ever in Video-Assistant referee (VAR) technology will be used in the tournament

FIFA president Gianni Infantino announced that VAR will help avoid some mistakenly made decisions. FIFA world cup is starting on June 14 in Moscow. Russia and Saudi Arabia will play the opening match of the tournament.
