Two Manchester City players make UEFA team of Euro 2020

Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling and Kyle Walker have been named in the EURO 2020 team of the tournament.

England enjoyed an incredible run to a first ever European Championship final, where they suffered a painful penalty shootout loss to Italy on Sunday.

Overall, there are five Premier League players in UEFA’s team of the tournament.

  • Kyle Walker (Manchester City, England)
  • Harry Maguire (Manchester United, England)
  • Pierre-Emile Højbjerg (Tottenham, Denmark)
  • Jorginho (Chelsea, Italy)
  • Raheem Sterling (Manchester City, England)

The selection was made by UEFA’s technical observer team comprised of 16 former players and coaches, including David Moyes, Packie Bonner and Robbie Keane.
