Two Liverpool players set to miss Carabao Cup match vs Arsenal on Thursday

Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Divock Origi and Thiago Alcantara will miss Liverpool's Carabao Cup match against Arsenal. Meanwhile, all players who aren't injured or on international duty at AFCON are available. The Reds are set to face Mikel Arteta's side in the semi-final's first leg of the competition on Thursday, while ahead of the clash, Klopp has met the media and provided an injury update. "Trent and Ali trained yesterday, Div and Thiago not," the German manager said. "All players who aren't injured or in Africa are available. Harvey Elliott looks really promising out on pitch now, not too far away from team training."
