Liverpool join Manchester United in the race to land James Maddison, who is valued at around £60million by his club.
Jurgen Klopp’s side have contacted with the Foxes but they will have to rival also with Tottenham, Manchester City for the player’s signature.
Maddison is one of the most exciting English talents in the Premier League and made 38 appearances for Leicester in all competitions last season.
The Leicester City star scored seven times and provided seven assists in those appearances having joined Leicester from Norwich a year ago.
