Transfer expert claims Newcastle United want two more signings before the weekend

Dean Jones has claimed that Newcastle United are willing to sign Hugo Ekitike and Diego Carlos before the weekend. According to the transfer expert and journalist, the Magpies are working hard to get these deals done as soon as possible. The signings of Sevilla’s Carlos and Reims' Ekitike could cost around £60million altogether, according to the Mail. However, Jones has told that Newcastle are working to complete both deals before the weekend.

“Ekiteke is genuine. They’re trying to close in on that and Diego Carlos as well. They’d love to get both of those deals done by the weekend if they can." he said.   "I’m not sure if there will be time but they’re giving it a go."
