Tottenham have been busy during the transfer window. The Spurs welcomed Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg from Southampton, Joe Hart from Burnley and Matt Doherty from Wolves.
However, Jose Mourinho’s side are not done yet as they have shown interest in signing Real Madrid players Gareth Bale and Sergio Reguilon.
Reguilon reportedly was on his way to join Manchester United, however, it now seems that Tottenham have hijacked his transfer. Meanwhile, United have also shown an interest in Bale, but reports suggest that he would like to make his return to Tottenham.
Amid the speculations, ESPN have made Tottenham’s potential starting XI for the 2020/2021 with Gareth Bale and Sergio Reguilon.
Here is how it looks. Hugo Lloris will take his usual spot in goal with Matt Doherty, Toby Alderweireld, Eric Dier and Sergio Reguilon in the defense.
