Toulouse are open to cashing on the defensive midfielder. The Ivory Coast international valued at around £18million. However it's claimed that a deal of £13million plus add-ons could be enough to strike a deal. While Toulouse suffered relegation from Ligue 1, the 22-year-old showed flashes of promise that he could perform at a higher level.
