Tottenham medics are concerned about Harry Kane as the forward is set to play for England on Wednesday, according to
the Telegraph.
Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate is going to include Spurs star in the squad despite the worries about his fitness.
Kane has been suffering a muscle fatigue, while now he is feeling well. However, the Lilywhites medical team have been urging England not to play the 27-year-old as the striker is at risk to get injury that could see him missing the club games.
Tottenham are going to face their next Premier League rivals, West Ham United, at the weekend, and the club boss Jose Mourinho will be hoping to see Kane fit enough to play.
