Wilson is on his way to the Premier League, with the Cherries being relegated during the 2019/20 season. The 28-year-old has played a key role in his team and attracted a number of clubs, being involved in 57 goals in 126 matches.

Spurs are among the teams linked with the player, while TalkSPORT’s transfer expert Alex Crook also claimed the Spurs interest in the English professional.

Speaking on TalkSPORT Breakfast, Crook claimed Wilson is set to leave his side during the summer transfer window.

“I’m told Callum Wilson will be leaving Bournemouth as well and again he’s been linked with Tottenham.” he said.

“But I’ve heard Newcastle are very keen as well and there could even be a swap deal for Matt Ritchie heading in the opposite direction back to the Cherries.”
