According to Mundo Deportivo, Spurs are currently one of the biggest admirers of the Spanish youngster.
The 20-year-old managed to mark only seven matches under his name so far this season and win in order to grow his potential, the attacker will definitely seek more regular football in the future.
Although the prospect of moving to the Premier League could be tempting, Fati is widely praised at Camp Nou, and the Catalan giants may be hesitant to approve his transfer within the year.
