Several transfers have already been done as Erling Haaland joined Manchester City, meanwhile, Liverpool signed Fabio Carvalho.

Lingard has been linked with a move away from Manchester United since he returned from West Ham loan last season. Newcastle United are reportedly interested in Lingard and after Saudi takeover, the Magpies might look to spend some money to strengthen their squad. A move to West Ham could also be an option as the player had an impressive run while on loan with the Hammers. His contract with United expires in the summer of 2022.

Matthijs de Ligt is currently considered as one of the best centre-backs in the world. The defender currently plays for Juventus and is under contract until 2024. The 22-year-old joined the Serie A side in 2019 from Ajax. Before his move, the defender was linked with a move to La Liga side Barcelona and the rumours are still going around. He has also been linked with Bayern Munich and Chelsea.

Leeds United star Raphinha has caught the attention of several clubs including Arsenal, Chelsea and Barcelona after having an impressive season with Leeds as well as on an international level. He assisted two goals and won a penalty having played just 45 minutes.
