Toni Nadal: “Winning Grand Slams is every year tougher for Federer and Nadal”

Rafael Nadal’s uncle and former coach Toni Nadal in an interview to Diario Vasco is back to speak about his sayings indicating that Roger Federer is unlikely to win a Grand Slam in 2019. “It seems difficult to me that Federer will lift another Grand Slam trophy. I do not obviously say it because of his game, but for the toughness of best of five sets matches’, Toni wrote in a column for El Paris. Toni explained his words. “I was saying that, with all my respect, at 38 years of age it will be difficult to win a tournament at best of five sets matches.” “He will have some chances at Wimbledon, but every year it's tougher. The same happens with Rafael.”
