Toby Alderweireld issues injury update as posts video that Tottenham fans will love

Tottenham fans will  definitely be delighted as Toby Alderweireld provided an injury update with a social media post. The defender was taken off with a muscular injury during the weekend's Premier League win over Manchester City. However, Spurs boss Jose Mourinho provided an encouraging update during the week, saying: "He has a muscular injury but not as big as we initially thought. "He will have time to be out but not like a month which is what we immediately thought. So I would say between two and four weeks. But of course he is not playing tomorrow." And now the Belgian himself has posted a video of himself working hard in the gym on Instagram, along with the caption: "The hard work continues. Feeling better each day and hope to be back with the team as soon as possible. "Wishing the boys all the best for tonight."
