Timo Werner unfollows RB Leipzig after dig at Liverpool

Timo Werner has unfollowed his current club RB Leipzig on Twitter after they used his image to have a dig at Liverpool, following their first Premier League loss of the season. The Reds were defeated 3 - 0 in the Premier League clash against Watford on Sunday. After the game, Jurgen Klopp's side have posted on Twitter, to which RB Leipzig's official account replied with a GIF showing Werner looking at a mobile phone with a surprised expression on his face. The account 'LFC Fans Corner' replied: "This is the weirdest transfer announcement I've seen, but I'll take it', to which the German side responded with another tweet showing Werner slapping his forehead. Recenlty the German international has been linked with the move to Anfield. After the case, the 23-year-old forward has stopped following RB Leipzig, and now currently follows zero other accounts. However, the connection between Leipzig's tweets and Werner's unfollowing is still unclear.
