Timo Werner sends "hurtful" message after Germany get eliminated from EURO 2020

Timo Werner has sent a message on Instagram, as Germany got eliminated from the Euros. In the round of 16 of the Euro 2020 England welcomed Germany at Wembley, and progressed into the quarter-finals thanks to Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane’s goals. Germany withdrew from the Euros and after the game Werner took to his Instagram to send a hurtful message and also congratulated England. "Even the day after, the elimination still hurts a lot and it is difficult to classify this defeat," Chelsea star admitted. "We did everything, but we have to admit that something was missing to get through against England. Thank you for your fantastic support over the past few weeks! We'll be back. "And congratulations to England."
