Timo Werner receives offers from Barcelona and Manchester United, but is waiting for Liverpool: The Reds have until April to complete move

Manchester United have made a proposal to sign Red Bull Leipzig star Timo Werner, according to The Athletic. Barcelona have also offered personal terms to the 23-year-old. Werner is apparently keen to play under fellow German Jurgen Klopp. However, as things stand, Liverpool have not made any approach for the star. The Athletic claims that there is a £51 million release clause in the German’s contract which has an April deadline. Werner scored 27 goals and created 11 assists in just 33 games.
