Rhian Brewster scored Swansea City's only goal in Championship semi-final second leg as the Swans lost 3-1 (3-2) to Brentford.

Brewster's loan spell ends with the Championship side on July 31. The Liverpool youngster has scored 11 goals in his 22 appearances for Swansea City.
