"This is very bizarre", "What? No": Tottenham fans fume over reveal on £6.48m-rated ace

Tottenham fans have reacted to the latest report containing comments from Japhet Tanganga's agent, posted on Twitter. The agent's quotes claim that the Lilywhites' defender is eager to join the Serie A side, Napoli. The comments, given to Corriere dello Sport (via Spurs Express), read: “[Tanganga] has almost unique features: combining physical gifts, speed and technique. The only problem is that we have decided to stay with the Spurs, extending the contract until 2024.

“Any potential suitor will have to deal with the London management. Obviously we all know the history of Napoli and for me, as an Italian, it would be a dream to bring Japhet there one day.”

It should be noted that Tanganga has recently signed a new deal with Jose Mourinho's side. And Spurs fans took Twitter to share their thoughts on the report that made a number of supporters confused.
