Thiago Silva deal close: Chelsea make a decision on Fikayo Tomori and Emerson 

  Chelsea are in advanced talks to sign Thiago Silva, as reported by Fabrizio Romano. The West London side are close to finalising the deal of the Brazilian international, who has become a free agent after playing his last match for PSG in the Champions League final. Silva’s gonna sign a contract for 2 seasons. Official presentation soon.  Chelsea have also decided to send Fikayo Tomori out on loan. Romano suggests there are several French Ligue 1 sides interested in the young Englishman. Tomori could get more playing time in his new club in the next season.  Also, Blues are going to sell Tiemoue Bakayoko and Emerson to get funds for Ben Chilwell deal. The negotiations with the player and Leicester City are at an advanced stage.
