Hernan Crespo reveals he never wanted to join Chelsea. The Argentine signed for Chelsea in 2003 from Inter Milan. Doing fairly well with the Blues, Crespo then found himself unwanted when Jose Mourinho arrived and was sent back to Italy, with AC Milan taking him on loan. If it had been up to him, he probably wouldn’t have signed for Chelsea in the first place. That’s what he’s explained in an interview with Sky Italia: “They sold me to Chelsea without my knowing. I had bought a house in Milan 10 days before, I had another four years of contract and I was doing very well.
