‘They have something special’ – Fabio Paratici singles out 3 Tottenham players who have impressed him

Fabio Paratici has praised academy graduates Japhet Tanganga, Oliver Skipp and Dane Scarlett, admitting that they love Tottenham and understand the culture of the club. The new Spurs' managing director of football has started rebuilding the squad with younger players. However, the Italian has admitted that they're only at the beginning of rebuild and insisted he has been pleased with the way the new arrivals are settling in.
“We are just in the beginning of our project. One month ago we spoke about a rebuild, not a build, a rebuild of the team and we started in the last transfer window,” Paratici explained to Spurs TV.   “We are happy about Romero, we are happy about Emerson, Bryan Gil, who is now in the first national team of Spain, Gollini too was good. We renew the team, so we knew that we need time.”
Paratici also made praising comments for the Spurs academy graduates, Tanganga, Skipp and Scarlett, honouring their work ethic and attitude.
“We are very happy about Tanganga, Skippy and also Dane, they love the club. You feel they have something special about the club.   “They are so educated, that is the word I like a lot, they are so educated about culture of work and not just about football. So this is the most important thing because if you have this kind of skill you can really achieve your target.   “We have a small picture, but it’s important the small picture because it’s this season. This season is not just two months, it’s six, seven, eight months because we have to achieve our results to be the best we can do, work hard to win every game that we can win.”
