"They give you absolutely no presents": Jurgen Klopp PRESS-CONFERENCE ahead of Atletico match

Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp has given his pre-match press-conference in Madrid ahead of the first leg against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League Round of 16. German expects a tough match against Diego Simeone's side, despite the latest results of Atleti in La Liga. "This is one of the most difficult fixtures in the life of a football player. Really well organised, squeezing results. They are in a transition period, that's normal, but they are fighting with all they have. It's really difficult." Klopp said (via Ian Doyle). "Atletico haven't played as bad this season as people are saying. A result machine. "Atletico have speed, aggressive, have a clear philosophy. I know we are in the country of tiki-taka, but I admire things like that. For me, it's all fine. "If there's one team where you have to be at absolute best, it's Atletico. They give you absolutely no presents. If you work as hard as possible, you have a chance. If you don't do that, you have no chance. There's a reason they were in so many European finals." Liverpool have won their 6th European title at Wanda Metropolitano Stadium.  Last campaign included the win against Bayern Munich, Porto, Barcelona and Tottenham in the play-offs.  Klopp has mentioned the fact that Liverpool are not a home team, as they had successful matches away from Anfield during their latest campaign. German added: “Some our best games (in CL) were away. Bayern away was one of best games I've witnessed. Barcelona was, even though we lost. We are a proper threat.
