"That's a crime", "Sign him": Many Manchester City fans react as Pep Guardiola eyes £49.5m-valued star

Manchester City fans have been reacting to the latest transfer news, linking the club with Bayern Munich star David Alaba. The Austrian professional has already announced his intention of leaving the German side during the summer transfer window. He has also claimed his preferred destination is Spain. However, according to The Daily Star, Pep Guardiola's side are looking to make a last effort to sign the defender, who is said to be looking for a salary of £400,000 a week. A number of City fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the possible transfer.

400k a week..I’d say sign him because his free transfer anyway..his valued at 45M plus.. this will compensate his wages anyway if city were to sign him on a 3 to 4 year contract.
