“That save got us there”: Aston Villa fans react on Dan Bardell’s tweet about Jed Steer

    Aston Villa’s official twitter has posted a video of Jed Steer’s incredible save during the Champions play-offs semis against West Brom.  Villa beat West Brom 2-1 at Villa Park, but lost the away leg 0-1. The winner has been decided in penalty shoot-out, where Steer saved two shots to secure a place in the final for his team.  Steer’s first Premier League performance turned into a nightmare, as he got injured after 8 minutes on the pitch. He suffered a partial tear of his Achilles and missed the remaining matches.  “Never ever under estimate this guys impact. Nowhere near a play off final without him.” Dan Bardell wrote on twitter, getting several replies for Lions’ fans.
