Telles, Greenwood, Rashford: Manchester United injury list and possible return dates

Manchester United players are currently on international duty and the hectic schedule has resulted in an increasing number of injuries. The Red Devils will be on action against West Brom on Saturday. However, they could be without several players. Marcus Rashford, who suffered a shoulder injury in the game against Everton, has been initially included in the England squad. It suggests that he could return to action pretty quickly. Luke Shaw, meanwhile, picked up an injury in the same game as Rashford. He limped off the pitch with a hamstring injury. He is set to be out of action for at least a month. His expected return date is December 12. Mason Greenwood missed the game against Everton due to illness and was left out of the England squad. The club asked for Greenwood to be rested. He could be back on November 21. November 21 could be a return date for Alex Telles too. The player has managed just one appearance for United since his summer signing. He was tested positive for Covid-19. Eric Bailly suffered a hamstring injury during the last international break. It ruled him out of action for United's last five matches. He is expected to return on November 21. Whilst Jesse Lingard has returned to training after an unspecified injury, he is yet to make an appearance since the 3-0 Carabao Cup win over Brighton & Hove Albion in September. However, it's still unclear when he will be returned to action. Phil Jones played his last game in January. His boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said: "[He's] working really hard to be back, hopefully, he'll get fit in December."
