Tanguy Ndombele makes social media admission after Tottenham win over Wolves

Tanguy Ndombele has admitted on Instagram that his performance against Wolves wasn't one of his best ones. The 24-year-old was handed just his third start of the season in all competitions. Spurs picked up a 2-3 penalty shootout win over Wolves on Wednesday followed by a 2-2 draw. Ndombele, Harry Kane and Leander Dendoncker, Daniel Podence all marked their names on the scoresheet to head into the penalty shootouts. Kane, Sergio Reguilon, and Bryan Gil all netted perfect penalties, while Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg missed, however, Spurs managed to win and qualify for the next round. After the game Ndombele took to Instagram to write:
"Happy to have scored my first goal of the season.   "Not my best game but I'm proud of the team for the qualification.   "We keep going."
