Tammy Abraham sends message to Hakim Ziyech over Chelsea transfer

Tammy Abraham has sent a message of care to Ajax midfielder Hakim Ziyech ahead of his move to Chelsea. Chelsea announced in mid-February that they had agreed a £33.3million deal for Ziyech to join in July. In his video to Ziyech which was broadcast on Dutch station NOS Sport, Abraham said: "Hi Hakim, it’s Tammy here. I just want to wish you all the best for the rest of the season.

Ziyech has scored 29 goals and registered 45 assists since the start of the 2019-19 campaign, and Abraham has told the midfielder he ‘can’t wait’ to link up with him at Stamford Bridge. "Can’t wait for you to come and join us. You know I’m ready, man. Can’t wait to see you, bro. Take care." Ziyech’s former Ajax teammate Matthijs de Ligt, who joined Juventus last summer, said in his video: ‘I’m sure you’re going to show it in the Premier League and you’re doing well. I wish you success."
