Takehiro Tomiyasu shares what's really surprised him at Arsenal since he joined

Takehiro Tomiyasu has revealed that he has been surprised by the level of the atmosphere at the Emirates Stadium since joining Arsenal. The Japanese professional made a move to the North London club during the summer transfer window and made an instant positive impact on the team. He helped Mikel Arteta's side to keep a noticeable defensive record over the last month. Following the Gunners' goalless draw with Brighton on Saturday, Tomiyasu was asked whether noisy English stadium was the thing that surprised him the most since his arrival at the club. “Yeah,” Tomiyasu answered. “The atmosphere of the stadium is amazing, especially when we play at home. “Our supporters give us a lot of energy every time, they fight with us. We have to give them back something on the pitch.”
