“Take him back in a heartbeat”: £250k midfielder replies to Rangers fan, many supporters want him back

Former Rangers star Daniel Candeias has responded to a supporter who declared that he missed the Portuguese ace. The 31-year-old joined Rangers from Benfica in 2017 and enjoyed a good spell before Steven Gerrard sold him in 2019. In 2017-18 season, he won the Player of the Season award, scored 14 goals and created 25 assists. A Gers supporter spoke of how he missed watching Candeias.

Candeias, who plays for Turkish side Genclerbirligi, responded to a fan. Rangers’ fans have reacted to his response- with many urging him to return to Ibrox.

Not replaced him yet. He linked up well with Tav & Morelos and his pressing was 2nd to no one. A loss for us.
