Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr has a nickname for the proposed second NBA "bubble". The Warriors might end up going to Chicago in September as NBA are exploring a second "bubble" for the eight teams which are not participating in the season's resumption in Orlando. Speaking on the most recent episode of his "Flying Coach" podcast. Steve Kerr said: "I call it the 'JV Bubble'." The JV stands for "junior varsity."
