Stephen Curry reacts to $215 million deal with Warriors

Stephen Curry has signed a four-year, $215 million deal with the Golden State Warriors this August, meaning he’ll be in the team until he’s 37 years old in 2026. Warriors' star point guard has also become the first player in NBA history to sign two contracts worth over $200 million each–having signed a five-year $201 million deal back in 2017. And according to Warriors GM Bob Myers, Curry was “genuinely happy” they were able to get a deal done (via Nick Friedell of ESPN).

Myers says Steph is “genuinely happy” that Warriors got deal done with him — noting it was the “most important” thing the Warriors could do this summer.
