Stephen Curry provides injury update ahead of Raptors game

The Golden State Warriors suffered a disappointing 116-109 loss to Miami Heat on Thursday. And after the game Stephen Curry will reevaluate his status as his tailbone started acting up yet again. According to Anthony Slater of The Athletic, Curry will wait to see how he’s feeling before suiting up against the Toronto Raptors on Friday. The Warriors' star missed five games due to his tailbone setback and came back sooner than expected on Monday against the Chicago Bulls. Warriors' upcoming game is against the Toronto Raptors and they will wait and see how Jordan Poole, Kevon Looney and Steph Curry are doing in the morning before a decision on their status.

Steph Curry said he's "gotta see how I feel when I wake up" before deciding if he can play tomorrow vs Raptors. He said Tuesday was rough after playing with that sore tailbone Monday.

Warriors said they'll wait and see how Jordan Poole, Kevon Looney and Steph Curry are doing in the morning before a decision on their status tomorrow vs Raptors. Poole and Looney rolled an ankle, but are "doing well," Curry is dealing with persistent tailbone soreness.
