Sports Bild: Pep Guardiola ‘no longer happy’ with life at Manchester City

German publication Sports Bild reports, that Pep Guardiola is no longer happy with life at Manchester City and could consider leaving the club in the near future. Bayern Munich sacked Niko Kovac at the beginning of November and the publication have shortlisted three candidates to take the role next summer. Guardiola was on the list along with PSG’s Thomas Tuchel and Ajax’s Erik ten Hag. Guardiola has a contract at the Etihad until 2021, but the report states he is ‘no longer happy’ at the club. Sports Bild states Bayern does not rule out the possibility of Guardiola returning to Germany: “A Guardiola commitment in the summer would, therefore, be a surprise coup for FC Bayern.”
