Sport Witness: Tottenham see offers for two strikers from same club rejected

Tottenham's approaches for Benfica duo Haris Seferovic and Carlos Vinicius have been turned down by the Portuguese club. According to Portuguese TV show Mais Transferencias (as relayed by Sport Witness), Spurs have been interested in both players, with the club boss Jose Mourinho eager to improve the squad. It is claimed that the Lilywhites have already seen an offer of €15m for Seferovic turned down earlier in January, while their new offer for a loan deal has also been turned down during the current transfer window. Meanwhile, Tottenham have targeted another Benfica player Vinicius, with Daniel Levy making a €30million offer for the striker but the Super Eagles demanded double amount to let him leave for the North London club. However, it is suggested that Spurs are possible to reach an agreement for the Brazilian since he has now fallen down the pecking order for Jorge Jesus’ side.
