England head coach Gareth Southgate sees Dominic Solanke as the solution to his striker crisis-but is worried about his lack of club playing time.
Southgate regards Solanke as the frontman with the greatest natural talent.
Clearly, Southgate regards Solanke as a more likely prospect than Chelsea's Tammy Abraham, another yet to kick a ball in anger this season, or Dominic Calvert-Lewin of Everton, who does actually start in the Premier League.
Huddersfield were interested in taking Solanke on loan in the summer but Liverpool kept him as back-up to Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Daniel Sturridge.
