Southampton have had a difficult 2022/2023 campaign in the Premier League. After great efforts, the Saints couldn't avoid relegation and finished 20th in the league table, which means they will continue their spell in the Championship.
During this season, the Saints had several managerial changes as the club parted ways with Ralph Hasenhüttl, after which Nathan Jones was named the head coach.
Jones was also sacked by the Saints as Rubén Sellés was named interim manager.
