Solskjaer suggests Van de Beek role for Manchester United against Tottenham

Donny van de Beek may start for Manchester United in the Premier League clash for the first time this weekend. The Red Devils take on Tottenham at Old Trafford. The Summer signing has been limited to substitute appearances in his two Premier League outings so far. But he has started two Carabao Cup games. The 23-year-old has impressed his new manager and Solskjaer knows he is ready to start in the Premier League as soon as possible. "We know how many games we’re going to play this season and he’s going to be vital to us," said Solskjaer after the win at Brighton on Wednesday. "I think he’s proved in every game he’s been a part of that he’s got high quality. He’s such a clever mover, he plays the game very simple but effective, but with high quality, so of course, he’s knocking on the door."
