Arsenal are closing in on a deal on Sokratis Papastathopoulos, according to German club’s sporting director Michael Zorc.
Sokratis, who costs £16m, has been heavily linked with Arsenal and it seems like it's all done.However it cannot be announced until the start of July due to financial restrictions on BVB.
