Official: Former Arsenal target joins Leicester City

Leicester City and Freiburg have agreed deal for Turkey national team defender Caglar Soyuncu. 22-year-old Soyuncu, who was linked with Arsenal during the whole transfer window, will sign 5-year contract after successfully passing medical tests in Leicester.
