Simeone has Atletico Madrid go for Chelsea playmaker

Atletico Madrid have joined in the race for Chelsea playmaker Cesc Fabregas and their move is being driven by coach Diego Simeone, who is a big fan of the former Barcelona star. Fabregas is in contact with AC Milan as Chelsea refuse to offer him a long-term deal. His contract at the Stamford Bridge expires in June. Blues boss Maurizio Sarri has publicly declared he wants Chelsea to change their transfer policy in order to secure the 31-year-old.
